Our Story
Baddies is a queer-owned and run hair and facial studio in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Founded in 2017 by Alana Lucia, Baddies has evolved into a space where queer ppl can come to escape their busy lives, know they are going to be treated with the respect they deserve, and transform themselves into the person they know themselves to be. We value inclusivity, comfort, community, queer liberation and self-love.
In our location on the first floor of the historic Pencil Factory building, the traditional model of a salon and barbershop has been reimagined. Every barber/stylist/esthetician is their own business entity, which provides them with creative freedom and independence. Together, we are dedicated to service -- specifically in helping our clients look and feel their absolute best.
